ORDERING INFORMATION
Online Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@mufti.co.uk or call us on 07544859860 so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Availability
Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.
Accessories are normally dispatched within 3-5days and once every item of a multiple order is available. If your order is likely to take longer, we will contact you. In the event that any items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
Pricing
Prices include VAT.
For items purchased through the website shop, delivery charges will be added to your online order.
All prices are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to alter prices whether up or down, including any variations to the rate of VAT.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order anytime before the time of dispatch. If you cancel the contract within this time any payments made will be refunded in full within 30 days.
CONTRACTURAL INFORMATION
Order acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Mufti will take place on payment for the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
– The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
– Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
– The identification of a pricing or product description error
– Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out below
– If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by the mufti team.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. Again we emphasise that the majority of Mufti products and furniture are handmade from natural materials. Natural products are unique in their appearance and colour and there may therefore be variations from one product to another. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct to when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Payment
Full payment must be made before any product is dispatched.
Refusal of Transaction and Eligibility to Purchase
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

– Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable

Title and Risk
The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the items will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charge.

Our right to vary these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to:

Deliveries and Returns
Standard delivery accessory items
On all standard delivery accessory items we will endeavour to dispatch within 3-5 days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances which necessarily delay your delivery, we will inform accordingly.
Standard delivery accessory items will be delivered to UK addresses between Mon-Fri only. You will be required to sign for the receipt of your delivery. Therefore please ensure that someone is normally at the address to which you have requested your products to be sent during working hours or may we suggest that, at the point of placing your order, you ask for delivery to your place of work.
All items that are not sent via a courier will be quoted for by a thrid party delivery company. Further it is the customers responsability to insure that there is correct access to your property.
Outside UK deliveries
We can deliver both accessories and furniture items to outside the UK. Please contact us for a quote.
Refund or exchange (Returns Policy)
A refund or exchange will be offered on any unsuitable accessory returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days. We are unable to refund or exchange any damaged or imperfect goods where the imperfection was identified to you prior to the purchase.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender and processed within 3-5 days of receipt.
Bespoke/Custom orders
All bespoke /custom designed orders are non refundable. If a bespoke order is cancelled following order placement and receipt of deposit the deposit is non-refundable.
Returns Costs
The cost of returning unwanted goods is your responsibility. Goods must be returned by trackable delivery method and insured for their full retail value. If returning in person you must ensure that you receive confirmation of return.
For any goods which are large, awkward, valuable or fragile (as determined by Mufti ltd ) we reserve the right to nominate a specialist transporter to collect the goods for return to us, and to charge the cost of this transportation to the customer. You may also prefer that we collect any goods to be returned on your behalf for your convenience and security. Any costs charged to you for return will reflect the actual cost to ourselves including any administration costs and we will inform you of these prior to collection. The charge for collection will be made for each arranged collection date the customer accepts (if collection fails because you do not allow it or you are not available).
